The Next Big Thing?

It’s been six years since Windows 10 came out. — but Microsoft’s Chief Satya Nadella mentioned that Microsoft is working on “one of the most significant updates to Windows of the past decade,” and that he was “incredibly excited about the next generation of Windows.”

Many people thought that he was talking about the next big update Windows 10 Sun Valley(Windows 10 21H2 update) which is a significant update coming to Windows 10 later in 2021.

Back when Microsoft launched Windows 10 back in 2015, it declared that this is the last version of Windows, rather than releasing a whole new version every few years, like it used to do.

While the Sun Valley update is appearing as though a quite huge upgrade, bringing a refreshed look and new highlights, it was constantly expected that it would be a Windows 10 update.

The MAJOR THINGS that windows 11 may offer.

All New UI

The New Windows is bringing the spotless and refined UI. In which the icons are improving all over the place, windows has effectively changed numerous icons. Microsoft has an early look at some new symbols which look flat and modern. I’m not a fanatic of every single one of them. Aside from icons, new windows will have rounded corners all over the place. Bits of hearsay are that it is likewise going to have a new start button and a floating taskbar too. Aside from these there are more new changes we will find in the following update

New Microsoft Store

As indicated by the report from Windows Central there are three major changes coming to the windows store. First Windows store will allow developers to submit unpackaged Win32 apps to the store. Second the developers will be able to host the apps and updates on their own content delivery network (CDN). And third the developers will be able to use third-party commerce platform in the app. What can we expect from these updates? We can expect a traditional software experience available by the store and apps like Chrome, Firefox can use their own CDN in their auto-update.

Presently there is an opportunity that Windows probably won’t call it as Windows 11 rather they may eliminate the number and make it as a ‘New Windows’.
