Worth the wait!

Ever remembered the first smartphone you used, with a single camera may be a 5MP, 2Gb ram! That might be the Hi-tech stuff in those days we could get. Now the clock has been fast-forwarded, the tech has gotten a lot of updates, from 2Gb ram to 16Gb ram phones, single camera to quad cameras, single screen to dual screens and now a single large display that you could fold into half.

Lots of smartphone companies launched their 1st generation foldable phones, few released their second generation too. But how cool that stuff looks in our hand. Speaking about the 1st gen folding phones, they are really basic and fun to use. It got a bigger hinge, heft to it and it looks so fat that you might think it won’t fit in your pocket. Many companies are trying to make folding phones in many different types. There are a lot of prototypes going on and companies are trying to make folding smartphones work like a daily driver.

There is a lot of improvement when comparing 1st gen foldable smartphones with the 2nd gen. The hinge got better, very easy to use, especially the software got smooth. The future generation foldables can improve much better in a way, that cloud easily fits in your pockets, a larger display when you unfold it and a small compact phone when you fold.

The Price

Just imagine, a person selling you the most innovative imperfect thing which has few flaws in it and few things to improve for more than double the price of an updated flagship. Would you like to buy that? Many people won’t!

Time is moving faster, Things are changing quickly. Next generations are coming earlier. So it’s worth waiting for the next generation folding phones which are handy to use and cheaper to buy.
